Service team was ready for my car immediately when I arrived for oil change. I mentioned to Tom Presti that I have a small scratch on the fender that I would like an estimate on. He arranged to contact the body shop and and obtained an estimate before I left the shop. This saved me a lot of time.

Seems like every time I come to you guys when I get my truck back there’s something new that’s wrong. The next day after getting my oil changed, the check engine light came on, the lights flashed and I don’t have any oil pressure. Why ? My truck wasn’t doing that before I brought it to you. It’s a shame.
