When I picked up my truck in the bay, the part to the tonneau cover fell off and was crooked. They sent it back to the mechanic. He tightened it, but since then it won’t stay shut even when locked. When I stop at a light, it coils up. It also needs to be adjusted as it still crooked.

My driver’s seat was left dirty. It had black grease on it and on the inside of the driver‘s door. The seat smells like oil. Very unacceptable.

My car was serviced same day without an appointment which was great! I reported a problem with temp gauge and low coolant level but no definitive problem could be found.

Dropped car off for service. Got notified when ready on time. Picked up no problem.

I can’t guarantee the windshield wipers I purchased were changed as there are no visible difference, as well as the issue i was having seems to be the same. Also the prices I was given for services over the phone as well as in person was different at checkout, however Chelsea did rectify it. Overall not a bad experience but I have received better from other service providers at a way less cost.
