    Put out over a thousand dollars and they fixed the humming noise(hub) oil change and tire rotation and aliment. Well after getting out of the city traffic on my way home I noticed the car was pulling to the right. I called the dealership back told them. By the time I got home an hour later. Received a call back from service manager trying to blame it on my tires . Nothing wrong with my tires. Wasn't pulling like that when I got there scheduled to take it back Friday. Hope they can fix the problem . Because I m not buying tires. They were paid for an aliment and I honestly don't think they did it

    Overall, I was satisfied with the service provided; the service consultant, Scott, was very good, empathetic and professional. However, I was taken aback by having TWO disgnostic fees, and by some of the "red" recommendations (ie: a new $3400 catalytic converter on a 2015 vehicle when no exhaust system problems noted - really?), and by having only diagnostic evaluation (but no work) done on the vehicle on day 1, resulting in my having to book a second visit to actually get the work done. It caused me to wonder about the actual need to return for a second visit when the work - all of it - was done on the second visit in less than 4 hours, and both appointments started at the same time (10 am). But-the work was done well and the car now runs fine.
