Official Contest Rules

Haley Buick GMC Official Contest Rules

All rules are as stated unless otherwise noted in individual contests, binding, and are subject to change without notice.

1. HALEY BUICK GMC CONTESTING REQUIRES NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. ALL U.S. FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. CONTEST WINNERS ARE LIMITED TO ONE WINNER PER HOUSEHOLD EVERY 21 DAYS.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Haley Buick GMC Truck, Inc., it's affiliates, media outlets, promotional sponsors, and all affiliated companies (and the immediate family members of all such employees, and all other with whom they are domiciled) are not eligible to participate in the contest or win prizes. The term immediate families include spouses, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

4. ODDS: The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of people attempting to participate in the contest at any given time.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: The winner may waive their right to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferrable. Haley Buick GMC reserves the right to substitute prizes, and will make an attempt to make substitute prize of equal or greater value as possible – this is with or without prior notice. Prizes may be claimed from Haley Buick GMC’s showroom at 9811 Midlothian Turnpike, Richmond VA 23235 during normal operating hours. Prizes not claimed within 14 days of contest end may result in winner disqualification – winner may call Haley Buick GMC (804) 320-9054 within that period to make other arrangements if possible. Prior to receipt of prize, winner will be required to provide valid photo identification and other documents and/or items as specified in a given contest. Winner must also sign a liability waiver. Failure to do so may result in disqualification. If specified, winner may also be required to sign a publicity waiver.

6. PARTICIPATION: Participation in any contest constitutes an agreement by each participate to comply with these official rules. Haley Buick GMC reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if it determines, in its sole discretion, that fraud or technical failures have destroyed the integrity of the contest.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering any Haley Buick GMC sponsored contest, participants waive their rights to any and all legal recourse resulting from contest prizes – this includes but is not limited to Haley Buick GMC’s decisions regarding awarding of prizes, delivery of prizes, and the prize item(s) themselves.

8. CONSTRUCTION: All contests rules will be enforced in accordance to laws of The United States, The Commonwealth of Virginia, and The City of Richmond, unless otherwise required by law. In the event a contest is ruled illegal by a court of law in such jurisdictions, such contest will be immediately cancelled with no prize offered and no reimbursement offered to participants. Other contests or aspects of offending contest not ruled illegal will remain in effect unless otherwise determined by Haley Buick GMC.

9. GENERAL RELEASE: By entering any contest, participants understand and accept that Haley Buick GMC, it’s employees, officers, affiliates, partner organizations, or others related to the operation of Haley Buick GMC is not liable nor responsible for any costs, damages, or likewise issues (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light).

10. GENERAL NOTICE: Contests are sponsored by Haley Buick GMC, located at 9811 Midlothian Turnpike. Any and all official questions regarding these rules may be answered by calling (804) 320-9054, or by visiting the showroom during normal operating hours. Haley Buick GMC is not responsible for any possible misrepresentation of these rules (including but not limited to misplacement and/or typographical/grammatical errors).
